Not even close the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. Extremely Knowledgeable in everyway. From the moment we walked into the house he was able to identify every single thing in the house and tell me what it was, how it got there and what it would look like to repair/remove/upgrade. There was a little metal pipe sticking up about 2 in in the backyard and he was able to tell me exactly what it was and what it would look like to get it inspected/decommissioned . He got it written into the contract that it would be decommissioned before we closed and it helped save a big headache down the road. Also was extremely helpful in negotiating with the seller after we got the inspection back by getting contractors to get bids for repairs, which gave me a better understanding of the house and what needed to happen as well have better negotiating tools. The list of things beyond this that Danny did goes on and on. Saved me well over 10 thousand dollars if not closer to 20, and was just extremely helpful. I can't imagine how this process would have gone without him and I will never recommend anyone besides Danny.

What I admire most about Danny Salinger is his steady, informed guidance to meet our goals as a seller of unimproved land in central Whidbey Island. My wife and I cannot even imagine having a better realtor than Danny Salinger. He is warm, polite, very hard-working and a joy to work with. Danny Salinger not only sold my difficult 2.6 acre undeveloped property but also created a lasting personal relationship with me. Anticipating water availability, perk test, septic tank and drainfield problems, along with Wetland identification, County registration and resolution procedures, Danny's knowledge and experience with these complicated issues amazed me.
Since I am living in Indonesia and was unable to assist Danny .... He first arranged for the property to be semi cleared in order for prospective buyers to navigate the acreage. He also personally located the property survey corner markers with a metal detector.... a daunting task in rough terrain.
Next Danny identified what he considered a Wetlands area on the property and advised me that we should have an evaluation from the County agent. Danny's instincts proved to be correct and we filed the proper papers with Island County. Prospective buyers knew the property limitations due to Danny's heads up advance identification and registration of the Wetlands area .... which was instrumental in streamlining the eventual quick sale of the property.
What I remember most of all about Danny is his character. He is patient, humble and a good listener. He took his time to methodically explain and guide me by phone, Instant Message and by email. He always did what he said would do. I am completely satisfied with all of our transactions. He is the consummate professional. I trusted Danny to sell my property and he delivered.
